The Browns on Thursday acquired Brock Osweiler and a 2018 second-round draft pick from the Texans while also exchanging lower-round picks with Houston in this year’s draft. In the team’s announcement of the trade, team vice president Sashi Brown made it quite clear he was more enthused about acquiring the pick.
