Foles, who has been recovering from a broken collarbone, addressed the rumors for the first time in an appearance on “Pro Football Talk Live” on NBC Radio Thursday at the Super Bowl.

Foles said that he was tuning out the noise. Asked if he thought he would be back as the starter in 2015, he said, “I plan on being back and being in Philly.”
“I just don’t think about it,” Foles added. “It’s been brought to my attention many times, because that’s just part of it. You’re going to have family members see it; you’re going to be asked about it. I haven’t heard anything otherwise. I expect to be back in Philly and leading my teammates.”
While Foles, 26, seems reassured that he will be back in Philadelphia, the Eagles’ uncertainty at quarterback has sparked the interest of three teams.
The Rams, Titans and Texans reportedly have interest in Foles should the Eagles decide to trade the 2013 Pro Bowl selection this offseason.
Foles finished with 13 touchdowns and 10 interceptions in eight games last season before fracturing his collarbone, leading some around the Eagles organization to believe that Foles’ 2013 season (27-2 touchdown-interception ratio) was just an aberration.
Foles still has a career completion percentage of 61.6, and he has thrown 46 touchdowns and only 17 interceptions in the past three seasons.
