The Ravens kept the Texans scoreless for over three quarters, forced two turnovers and recorded a season-high six sacks in their 41-7 demolition on Sunday, which improve their record for the season to 8-2. Jackson finished 17-of-24 for 222 yards and four touchdown passes, to which he added 86 rushing yards over nine carries. The second-year quarterback has rushed for at least 60 yards in seven consecutive games, the longest streak in NFL history and has surpassed Cam Newton as the quarterback with the most rushing yards in his first two seasons in the league....

It’s been a rough season for both organizations. The Dolphins are doing little to hide they are after Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa with the first pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, and the Redskins decided to fire Gruden after the worst start of his career. As bad as his start this season was though, he fully admitted his time with the Redskins was never completely easy. “At the end of the day, if you’re not the GM, you have to accept the fact that you don’t get everything you want,” Gruden told ESPN....

After 40 years of waiting, the Capitals finally climbed the mountain, and won four playoff series, capturing their first Stanley Cup in franchise history. They rallied to defeat the Oilers 2-1 in Game 7 of their second-round Stanley Cup playoff series. They’ll face the Predators in the conference finals beginning Friday in Anaheim, Calif. A team that knows a thing or two about winning championships awaits in the first round. Under first-year coach John Stevens, the Kings have regained some of the swagger that helped them capture a pair of Cups not so long ago. This is just Los Angeles’ second playoff appearance since its last title in 2014, but many of the names engraved on that Cup remain on the roster. At the very least, they’re a formidable opponent led by legitimate MVP and Norris candidates and a defense/goalie battery that can stifle a high-flying attack such as the one Vegas deploys....
