The Browns on Thursday acquired Brock Osweiler and a 2018 second-round draft pick from the Texans while also exchanging lower-round picks with Houston in this year’s draft. Miami traded wide receiver Isaiah Ford to the New England Patriots in exchange for a 7th-round pick. Ford himself was a 7th-round draft pick, by the Dolphins in 2017. He has spent time on Miami’s practice squad, and as a free agent chose to re-sign with the Dolphins earlier this year. In his pro career, Ford has caught 41 passes for 428 yards without a touchdown. This season he has 18 catches for 184 yards; his best game so far was in Week 2 against the Buffalo Bills when he recorded seven catches for 76 yards....
Tua appeared on The Dan Patrick Show to say that he’s “not too sure” if he will be with the Dolphins next season. Taigovailoa struggled to justify his high draft pick at times in 2020, but Miami general manager Chris Grier did come out in support of his Hawaiian-born QB during the Dolphins’ end of season press conference, stating: It’s unfortunate that the former Bama star is having to go through all of this so early in his career....
